Contact Centers Company has signed an agreement with Prime Concepts Training Center in coordination with HRDF on Wednesday dated Dhulhijja 20, 1437H corresponding to September 21, 2016. The agreement aims at training more than 600 Saudi employees, beneficiaries of HRDF services, in CCC.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Contact Centers Company, Mr. Abdullah bin Ali Al Zahrani, has signed the agreement with General Manager of Prime Concepts Training Center, Mr. Ahmed Aljarba, in the presence of representatives from competent departments in both companies.
Mr. Abdullah Al Zahrani expressed his pleasure to sign this agreement which is considered part of the great efforts provided by the company to develop national competencies and enhance its role.
In addition, he said that this agreement represents the output of the real partnership between both public and private sector to execute the national visions and directions through coordination with HRDF which is devotedly working on qualifying Saudi youth to improve work market in the Kingdom.
On the other hand, Mr. Ahmed Aljarba confirmed the pride of the Center for the new partnership with CCC which is considered one of the distinguished companies. Further, he said that the employees who are divided into group of patches will be provided with training courses which cope with their careers and reflected positively on raising the services level provided by the company to its customers.
