This follows the company’s recent achievement after acquiring the Best Practices Award for Market leadership and Company of the Year categories from Frost and Sullivan.

The COPC OSP (Outsource Service Provider) standard measures the customer contact center for the implemented best practices and processes it adopted and followed in all delivery and business support operations including customer operations, quality, training, customer satisfaction, business development processes, services offered and costs. The evaluation also emphasizes on how performance standards for various processes, individuals and teams are set, measured and achieved as per the set industry standards in a high performing environment
